Brooke's Place provides support groups for young people ages 3 - 20s, who have experienced the death of someone significant. Adult groups are provided for parents/guardians and run concurrently. The peer support groups are offered at no charge to families. Brooke's Place also provides fee based individual grief counseling for young people ages 3 - 20s, and their adult caregivers, who are experiencing a death or are anticipating the death of someone significant. A limited number of scholarships are available.

Dustin's Place*

Dustin's Place provides peer grief support programs for children ages 5 - 18 years old and their families. The grief support groups meet every other week on Monday nights from 7:00 - 8:15pm with dinner served at 6:30pm before the groups. Children's groups and adult groups meet at the same time allowing families to each attend their own groups following dinner together. All services are free for everyone because Dustin's Place believes no one should grieve alone.

Erin’s House provides bimonthly peer support groups for children ages 3–30 who have experienced the death of a loved one. These groups are divided by developmental ages. Erin's House also provides support to our education community through, "Classroom Companions"; in which we bring our 8-week support services to the schools. We have three camps: Camp Good Grief, ages 8-13; Teen Retreat, ages 14-19; and Family camp - these are overnight camps located in a YMCA camp setting in NE Indiana.

The Hosparus Health Grief Counseling Center offers the area’s most comprehensive selection of programs and services for children, adolescents, adults and families coping with loss due to death. Individual, group and family services promote understanding of grief and healthy adjustment to the grief process. Counseling support can also be provided prior to an anticipated death. Our programs and services are led by licensed professionals, masters level student interns working under supervision, and trained volunteers.

Ryan's Place provides grief support programs for children from ages 3-18 years. The grief support groups meet at the Goshen City Church of the Brethren every other Monday evening. Supper is served to families before the start of groups. Support groups for the children's parents or guardians meet at the same time. Ryan's Place offers school groups, an anticipatory program, a crisis support and individual therapy.

A new support group for high school students who have experienced the death of a sibling. Named after the dragonfly, an insect that symbolizes self-realization and strength, this structured support group offers participants a safe space in which to share their story, learn more about grief, explore positive coping techniques, and connect with others their age who have experienced a similar loss.
