With so much uncertainty during this pandemic, each of us are tasked with making an incredible number of difficult decisions that have long lasting implications for the organizations we lead and the communities we serve. With resource limitations and unknown timeframes tying our hands, how do we as leaders fight through our fear and anxiety and provide courageous leadership in the midst of this crisis?

During this webinar, you will learn four key questions that can help you lead with courage. You’ll also have the opportunity to use that courage to tackle some the toughest programming, financial, and management challenges you may be facing. You don’t have to navigate this crisis alone!
