This organized and thematic webinar will bring you independent, interactive, and family activities. These ideas are rooted in creativity, and limited screen time. Together we will explore regulating activities for a wide variety of age groups, while attempting to maintain a shoe-string budget and find family friendly ways to explore the many emotions faced during this pandemic.
About the Presenter
Stephanie Heitkemper, MA MFT, LPC, RPT specializes in working with children and families around change including grief, trauma, and transition. As a third culture child, she experienced transitions often, inspiring her passion to educate and support children and families in their life transitions. Stephanie finds energy in utilizing play, creative expression and bibliotherapy in her practice and program creation. Stephanie is the owner of Resilient Minds Counseling, PLLC in the Denver Metro area and Camp Therapist for Camp Jo Jo. Camp Jo Jo focus’ on supporting teens who have been impacted by suicide. Stephanie enjoys exploring Colorado with her three boxers, and volunteering with Comfort Zone Camp!
