2022 Regional Conferences
The National Alliance for Children's Grief (NACG) is proud to announce our inaugural regional conference tour titled "No Child Grieves Alone." Thanks to the support of our host members in bereavement centers across the United States and our partner, the New York Life Foundation, we will engage these communities around their work of supporting children who are grieving after the tremendous losses and isolation of the past two years.
The 2022 NACG Regional Conferences will bring three leading voices in the field of childhood bereavement, Dr. Tashel Bordere, Dr. Michaeleen Burns, and Dr. Donna Schuurman, to six locations across the United States, connecting us in honor of the children we collectively serve. The NACG's vision is for no child to have to grieve alone, and making this a reality requires collaboration, access, and unified focus. In 2022, the NACG member host locations are Kate's Club (Atlanta), Kara (California), Roberta's House (Maryland), Tamarack Grief Support Center (Montana), Mourning Hope (Nebraska), and New York Life Foundation, New York.
Are you interested in hosting an event in your community? Watch for our Conference in a Box option announcement later this year, where a recording of this event will be available.
