2021 Virtual Fall Conference

Fall Conference 2021 Updated

For Children's Grief Awareness Month, the National Alliance for Children's Grief will again host a Virtual Fall Conference on Children's Grief.  This year's conference entitled "Building Resilient Schools and Communities: Lessons Learned" will take place on Friday, November 5, 2021. 

This popular event features thought leaders from the field of childhood bereavement who appeal to a diverse audience, including, funeral service, hospice care, health care, education, mental health, child welfare, and bereavement support professionals.

Session Overview:

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM EDT - Building Resilient Communities and Schools After a Mass Tragedy presented by Stephanie Cinque, LMSA

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM EDT - Utilizing Grief Support to Build Resilient Communities and Schools presented by Darcy Walker Krause, MSW, LSW, J.D.; and Jayme Banks Ph.D.
