Outward Bound for Grieving Teens is a 7 day program that provides the opportunity for teens, ages 14 to 18, to experience specially crafted outdoor expeditions in beautiful wilderness areas across the United States. By combining personal growth methodologies of Outward Bound, with a simple support model that honors the griever, Outward Bound is able to deliver an intensely profound healing experience relevant to the lives of people who are coping with the death of a loved one.
Outward Bound for Grieving Teens is made possible by the generous support of our donors. Because of their generosity we are able to offer reduced tuition for all program participants. We are particularly grateful to our Leadership Sponsor, the New York Life Foundation.
